OUR SERVICE FEES

We have reduced service fee of $75.00 to now only $50.00 on each console and 10% discount on the 2nd console, if no parts are required. The postage fee  for Australia Wide standard postage costs with Australia Post costs between $7.80 and up to $12.00. You can also hand deliver your PS3 console to Campbelltown if this is a more suitable option. 

Our maintenance service fee will cover the cost of 

  Cleaning the unit from any elements affecting the efficient operation.

  Realign the laser and make all the necessary fine-tuning adjustments.

  Lubricate all the applicable components.

  Check all connections and PCB components.

  Check the efficient power operations

  Test all the button functions including all external ports.

  Check and adjust the CD tray and efficient operation.

  Make all the critical laser adjustments.

  Testing for a minium of 2 hours using several games to test the efficient operation 

  Additional parts required will incur additional charges.

Please note that we are the only 3rd party repairer in Australia, apart from Sony Australia, that only uses brand new lasers. All other 3rd party repair shops in Australia offer refurbished lasers,  which are proven to be less reliable, however they state their new and offer a cheaper price to attract business. We are the only supplier in Australia that has an overseas manufacture that honours our reputation and business relationships, which no other 3^rd party repairer in Australia has been honoured with, by the manufacture that builds brand new lasers.
