90 Day Warranty on
all repairs
OUR WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1.
1.
Please do not remove the clear green sticker on the back or
side of the unit. Any
attempt to remove this sticker will void the warranty completely.
2. Any
signs of excessive corrosion on the motherboard to indicate water
damage are not covered under our warranty conditions.
3. If
you have dropped the console after we have carried out the service,
we will know and therefore we only recommend to console to be
recycled for spare parts only.
4. If
the console has not been protected by a surge protector and has
suffered from a power surge, this fault will not be covered.
5. If
we find that the console has suffered from excessive overheating,
warped motherboard, failed to follow the care instructions, the poor
condition of the heat transfer paste or the IC and BGA components
have melted or suffered from excessive heat, all are not covered
under our warranty.
6. If
you have experienced the Yellow Light Of Death (YLOD) and we have
repaired this fault previously and the issues has returned during
the warranty period, you are only required to pay for all postage
& delivery costs. Due to the work required to repair the YLOD
fault and customer neglect is determined on the 2nd fault. This
requires a minimum of 4 hours work from us, a fee of $120.00 may be
charged when this re-occurs, if the
fault is not covered under our warranty conditions. The YLOD may
return, which is why, it all depends on how the customer must
take care for the console, after we have repaired the unit, including
the length of time the console is in use after we have repaired the
console. It is also depends on how long the console was overheating,
which may have caused rapid wear on the mainboard on the first
instance when the unit was in your possession.
Note:
Customers
with YLOD repaired consoles are to strictly follow our care
instructions and ensure that the unit is not played for more than 2
hours, then turned
off in a warm room to ensure the internal component don’t cool
down to fast, which only causes the solder to crack again and the
YLOD to return. Failure to follow these precautions will result in a
$120.00 disassembly fee + all postage costs.
7. If
the diodes on the lasers has burnt out indicating overheating and
excessive over-usage will not be covered under our warranty
including my suppliers warranty conditions on PS3 and PS2 lasers.
8. Any
warranty returns covered under our warranty period do not include
the postage costs. You will be charged for the return postage costs
from us.
9. The
warranty period only applies to the parts that we have
supplied or the specific surface mounted device that has been
repaired or replaced. Any new internal parts that fail and was not
replaced or repaired by us are not covered under our Warranty
period.
10 We
are not liable for damage or loss which has occurred by the item
which has been transported from your address to our workshop.
11 After
we have repaired the unit and find that the unit has suffered from
excessive dust build-up will not be covered. To overcome dust damage
to your unit always ensure that the area is dust free before turning
on your repaired PS3.
12 If
the unit is a complete failure you may recycle the faulty unit with
us and therefore we may use any of the working parts to keep our
prices down on spare parts.

After
the unit has been repaired by us and during the warranty period and
insects including cockroaches have entered the unit will not be
covered under our warranty conditions. Insects entering the unit may
cause a range of faults and therefore it’s best to have your home
fumigated will reduce electrical equipment failure costs and offer
you a cleaner environment.
14 Any
other 3rd party repairer, including individuals
attempting to repair the unit after our repair, will have the
warranty void.

Any other 3rd party repairer, including individuals
copying any of the contents displayed in our any of our web pages,
for their use may face a breach of our copyright conditions.
16 Our
objective is to resolve all of our customer complaints fairly and
therefore we offer peaceful solutions to your needs.
