Our service includes discussing your issues via email or telephone to a trained Technician on your problems with your PS3. We don't discuss your issues using technician jargon and always explain the simplest way to ensure excellent communication is achieved between you and our technician.  We determine to cost of the repairs, provide effective advise and assist in your PS3 requirements.

The assessment service is a service whereby you can discuss your problems with your PS3 console. Our technician can offer you feedback on the costs on the service repair or explain why the console might not be feasible to repair due to the cost of the parts if applicable in your situation. We then recommend recycling your console and help the environment and other customers to ensure we can keep the costs down in replacing parts or general components.

Our maintenance service fee will cover the cost of 

  Cleaning the unit from any elements affecting the efficient operation.

  Realign the laser and make all the necessary fine-tuning adjustments.

  Lubricate all the applicable components.

  Check all connections and PCB components.

  Check the efficient power operations

  Test all the button functions including all external ports.

  Check and adjust the CD tray and efficient operation.

  Make all the critical laser adjustments.

  Testing for a minium of 2 hours using several games, & DVD's for efficient operation. 

  Additional parts required will incur additional charges. 

Why buy a brand new console, when you can have your current console serviced to work like a new console.
